Losing weight, fast and free

Losing weight is hard. Dieting is hard. These are facts. So I'm here to give you a little confidence and a little drive to make them a little easier.


Most people know what they need to do, but they don't do it because they don't have someone telling them to do so.


It's a lot easier if you are committed to something, like a sport, to get it done. Why? Because you have someone in a position of authority telling you to do something.

However, when we're faced with our health and healthy choices, we are the boss.

Then, it's a lot harder to go and do something because you are the entity in charge.


I see commercials for fat burning pills and diet supplements all the time. It's true they may work, and they probably help. Indeed, there is no pill or magic formula out there that will melt fat away with absolutely no effort at all.


You can't take any of these and sit on your ass, expecting to lose weight. You need to get a good diet and exercise regiment and stick with it.

If you feel you must take any form of weight loss supplement, I recommend Apidexin or Fenterdren (what I currently use). I used a product called BioBurn D2T, which had one extra ingredient from the old Hydroxycut formula. I lost 60 lbs in 2-3 weeks.

Don't go out and buy anything just yet, I wasn't just lazing around eating Cheetos, either. I was in the gym for 2 hours a day lifting and running 5 miles, Monday through Friday.

As you can tell, I probably lost too much weight. Some people in my family felt I did, in fact, lose to much, but don't worry college and the infamous Freshman 15 helped me back up. Sadly, I'm trying to work it all off, again. Just seems I don't have the time like I used to!*

*I have since lost the dreaded freshman 15 and made some incredible gains! I did it without using p90x also ;)

However,

I'm here to tell you that YOU can lose weight and all you need is a positive mindset. Of course, I was only 18 at the time. I'm saying that age may have had a big factor in my weight-loss. That doesn't mean you can't lose weight without solid effort.


Some tips on what to do:

o If you asked me what I thought the most important ingredient in weight loss is, I would say time. You can't expect to look good overnight, unless you have the money for liposuction.

o Never give up, Never back Down. Want some inspiration? Watch Never Back Down. This has to be one of the most inspirational movies I've ever seen. Talk about wanting to get off the couch and go do something!

o Eat Healthy. I can't stress it enough, really. You should try a bunch of different things until you find a diet that works. In fact, do what I did and make a collaboration of all the diets and knowledge you've found and make your own.

> I made up a pseudo Atkins diet where I was eating healthy carbs, such as whole grain wheat’s. I would try to eat healthy wherever I was and fight my cravings to eat when I was out. (That's a good way to save money too!)

> Eating small portions throughout the day was also something, I believe, that worked extremely well.

o DRINK TONS OF WATER

> Unless you drink a bathtub full of water, you should be fine. Drink as much of it as often as you can. Never drink anything else, except for skim milk, if you are trying to lose weight.

> It's almost like water is a liquid fat burner, except it's not. IT'S LIQUID LIFE!!

> Interesting tidbit I learned through some reading of a professional. Drinking ice water can help you lose weight because your body needs to burn calories to re heat the are of your stomach back to normal temperature, or something really math related and technical. The whole thing seemed kinda wonky, but I'm always drinking ice water, so I guess just wishful thinking on my part? It couldn't hurt to do anyway though...

wow you look really good after, i just dont have the time i work all day and look after my son at night, plus i am always tired. not that i need to lose much mind but my stomach and love handles lol.

It's not hard to lose weight and keep up a healthy level of energy while you're at it!

There are several supplements out there available at places like Wal-Mart to help you keep a high energy level.

Natural supplements like Niacin are a wonderful way to go.

On top of that, take some green tea extract to aid you along in your journey.

Just do your research to find something nice that fits your lifestyle.

As far as your son goes, many family fitness centers such as the YMCA have childcare areas. I believe it is an extra fee, but not through the roof!

hey u kno wats weerd at first i thowt wat u were saying wuz jus a bunch-o-crap but after i saw the pix n' comments it really motivated me and made me decide to get my ass off the couch, workout, and eat healthy it really worked kno i weigh 95 pounds. when i wuz watchin thid vid i wuz eatin pizza, extreme pita, and a can of pepsi LOLZZZ!!! XD

well i wana lose w8 but im told that bioburn suplements wil only get me fat...i think if i take half the dose alocated it myt jus work 4me wit the ryt diet ofcos n if u wonder y i do that..i dnt want my body relyng on those suplements

Wow... That was a drastic change! You gave some great tips! I like your honesty. One of the biggest reasons people can't lose weight is because they stand in their own way!

Hey guys thanks for the supporting comments. I took the youtube video down for personal reason. I really need to put a disclaimer in there about how that way is not a great way to lose weight and retain muscle.

What I really want to post an update on is my results AFTER I spent some good quality time in the gym, eating, and supplementing right. I went from flab to fab. Meaning I went from the above to six pack, rock hard muscles, and looking damn, damn good.

WOW your results are fantastic, I need to lose about 60 lbs for my holiday in the beginning of July and I want to do something drastic, but I am worried it will really affect my health. I am female, and every website I have looked at has said it would affect my ability to have kids etc, and that would be a nightmare as of course, one day, I will want to have kids. How was your health once you lost the weight, and how did you feel during the process? were you tired all the time?

I actually lost about 30 pounds in 2 weeks. I was a high school athlete but was never tested. i was hous sitting for my uncle in nevada and all i did was wake up at 7am, eat(small and healthy),run 3 miles,come back and swim, clean,eat, run on the elyptical 45 min, then eat and take a shower. I never watched tv and actually got to read a book! It was fantastic. Then i stuck to my diet for about 4 months got lazy and stopped really excercising and i gained it back when i met my husband because he loves me either way. but i need to get back into condition. I just recommend its a livlyhood,you have to trick your mind(when you want sweets fruit is plenty sweet or honey)and STAY POSOTIVE!!! tell yourself you looking damn good every day and you will get there never get down on yourself.

Hi- just wanted to say that I am going to try to do this! I'm 16 and considered obese. I read the other posts and for the kids getting made fun of due to weight my heart goes out to you, I know what this is like. I just moved and gained 40 lbs in a matter of less than 6 months. I was overweight before, but this obviously didn't help. I am going to really try this summer to lose 60 pounds. Due to my age I'm scared to take pills etc. If you have any advise I'd really appreciate it!
